Country Roads SAL

Just a quick post to share my Country Roads quilt top so I can connect at Lori's linky party. It was such a fun and easy project to do - loved every minute of working on it. Thanks for motivating us Lori - I love seeing all the different versions around blogland!

I really thought I'd have it quilted by now, but rug hooking has captured my time lately. Here's my progress on this small cat's paw rug - might need to buy me a round stool or chair so I will have a place to use it when it's done! (appx 15" across)

Your little quilt looks really good!
No wonder it isn't quilted--you've made great progress on your little rug. That would be perfect for a little round stool! Love it!

Love your cat's paw and almost makes me want to hook some more circles myself.

Your little quilt is adorable! And Cat's Paw is definitely going to need a place of honor to sit!

Your Country Roads quilt is beautiful.
I love your Cat's Paw rug!
I can see why it's been a distraction for other projects.

Hope Santa finds you a round chair to put your lovely rug on! The Country Roads quilt is sweet. Sometimes you have to wait for quilting inspiration, all those circles might help inspire you!

There's something very peaceful about both those projects. Perfect of this time of year. And inspiring to those of us not quite so busy.
